I wrote for fun as a kid, for school newspapers in high school and college, and got my first professional writing gig in 2013 as a marketing copywriter. At Campus Sonar, I was a Social Media Data Analyst. My primary deliverables were reports in which I presented social media data to the agency’s clients and provided analysis. During my time as the Marketing Communications Manager at Employee Benefits Corporation, the company revamped a product. I collaborated with product managers, customer service leaders, legal experts, and more to develop a multi-channel launch plan to ensure a seamless transition to the new product. This sales flyer is one of the many deliverables created for the launch.

User Experience Copywriting—Software as a Service Content

I wrote microcopy for TruStage’s financial services software and contributed to the UX content strategy. I collaborated with stakeholders in product, design, IT, and legal to ensure copy was relevant, helpful, and adheres to financial industry regulations
